TEGEA manufactures a wide range of 4FOOD® Polyurethane rods and sleeves.
Up to an external diameter of 39 mm, the sizes are nominal (the actual size will be slightly smaller). The sizes for those with a 40 mm or wider diameter are real with a tolerance of +/- 0.2 mm.
Any combination of inner and outer diameter can be realised for the sleeves.
The standard length of the rods and sleeves is 500 mm.
The solid bars can be square, rectangular or triangular.
The tolerances are +/- 1 mm for open casting and +/- 0.2 mm when produced in a mould.
The hardness ranges from 20 sh. A to 95 sh. A and 60 sh. D to 83 sh. D
These objects can be accompanied by food certification, where required.
