We manufacture any type of Biconical 4FOOD® Polyurethane roller.
The roller can be made of 4FOOD® Polyurethane or composed of a coated metal core.
The coating can be performed on different materials: iron, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, plastic and composite materials.
The hardness ranges from 60 sh. A to 95 sh. A
The coating can be regenerated several times, as long as the thickness of the metal object (or non-metallic object) is sufficient.
The surface finish of the roller may be of any type: smooth or machined.
The coating of biconical rollers is accompanied by food certification.
