Foam coated rollers

We coat any type of roller in foam rubber or microcellular Polyurethane. The coating can be performed on different materials: iron, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, plastic, composite materials, etc. The densities range from 35 to 80 g/dm3.
The coating can be regenerated several times, as long as the thickness of the metal support is sufficient.
The surface finish of the roller may be of any type: Unpolished, rectified and with any type of groove. The foam material can be combined with other materials, such as rubbers and compact Polyurethanes, silicones, etc. The foam material can also waterproofed by special silicone treatments of centesimal/decimal thickness
