WORKING - THE MACHINE SHOP
Our machine shop is of great importance to our company.
More them anything, it gives us the possibility to not only design all the molds and
tooling in-house, but to also manufacture the component, thereby optimising its
functionality.This combinations of the ability to mold and shape polymers completely in-house,
and the experience derived from this situation, result in a finished product of premium
quality and a superior delivery performance.

The workshop itself is comprehensively equipped and can, in addition to being able
to produce all the necessary tooling for internal use, meet any external demands
placed upon it.

|
| The machine shop can perform all post-molding tasks including detailed finishing
operations; something which otherwise wouldn't be possible without such a
capable facility.
|
For
this reason, complicated components and tooling are
not a problem for TEGEA. In addition, the machine shop
is competent to perform:
- STRIPPING OPERATIONS FOR USED-COATINGS;
- TURNING AND MACHINING; - REFURBISHING;
- GROOVING AND STRATING OF NEWLY
- COATED WHEELS AND CYLINDERS. |
