Properties:

• excellent resistance to water;

• a low coefficient of friction without lubrication for high hardness articles;

• high coefficient of friction on low hardness articles;

• easily workable;

• good resistance to low temperatures.

• wheels and roller finishing

• other articles.

Operating temperature: -40°C to +90°C with peaks of up to 110°C

Hardness from 20 sh. A to 95 sh. A and 60 sh. D to 85 Sh. D

We produce any articles based on customer specifications in Polyurethane/adiprene, Polyurethane/adiprene vulcanized on steel, cast iron, aluminium and plastic.

Polyurethanes processed by TEGEA are able to withstand extreme conditions of use, where the experience in the selection of the best performing materials is essential to ensure exceptional resistance results.

We can supply the metal parts and the additional processes, including surface treatments.

We can coat wheels and rollers with sizes up to:

– DIAMETER: 2500 x 6000 mm.

– DIAMETER: 1800 X 9000 mm.
