The rollers can be made of silicone or be composed of a coated metal core.
The coating can be performed on different materials: iron, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, plastics and composites.
The hardness ranges from 8 sh. A to 90 sh. A
The coating can be regenerated several times, as long as the thickness of the metal support is sufficient.
The surface finish of the roller may be of any type: smooth or machined or moulded.
The coating of biconical rollers can be accompanied by food certification, where required.
