Rollers coated with Adiprene, Polyurethane or Vulkollan

We coat any type of roller in Adiprene or Polyurethane. The coating can be performed on different materials: Iron, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, plastic and composite materials. The hardness ranges from 20 sh. A to 95 sh. A and 60 sh. D to 83 sh. D The coating can be regenerated several times, as long as the thickness of the metal object (or non-metallic object) is sufficient. The surface finish of the roller may be of any type: from very smooth to buffed, and with any type of groove.

The following are the maximum sizes of rollers that can be coated:
– DIAMETER 3,000 x width of 6,000 mm.
– DIAMETER 1,800 x width of 9,000 mm.

The coating of the rollers can be accompanied by food certification, where required.
