Rubber

For our products we use:

  • SBR (is the most used rubber, has good mechanical properties and good resistance to abrasion, temperature resistance: -40/+100°C)

  • HNBR (oil resistant, high temperature resistant: 150°C)

  • NBR (oil resistant, resistant to temperatures up to 100°C)

  • EPDM (resistant to atmospheric agents and water, resistant to working temperatures up to 130°C)

  • NATURAL (good abrasion resistance, working temperature up to 80 °C, limited weather resistance)

  • HYPALON (excellent mechanical and dynamic properties, excellent resistance to weathering and corrosive chemicals, working temperature up to 150°C)

  • NEOPRENE (good elasticity, high shear and weathering, heat, chemicals, oils and solvents resistance)

  • EBANITE (excellent resistance to acids)

  • NON-STAINING RUBBER (glass industry)

  • RUBBER RESISTANT TO INK (printing rollers)

  • FOOD RUBBER

The raw materials and machining procedures are also of high quality and reliability in this department.

Rubber hardness: 40 sh. Located at 90 sh. A, depending on the type.

Coatings can be performed on different materials:
Iron, Aluminium, Cast Iron, Common Steel, Stainless Steel, etc.

Articles can be made with different rubber layers (e.g. soft under layer and external hard layer or vice versa).
