Today
TEGEA continues its path of innovation and growth, investing in advanced technologies, research, and development to offer increasingly high-performance and sustainable solutions to its customers.
Custom design and needs analysis
One of TEGEA's strengths is its ability to develop customized components. Custom design allows the shape, size, and material characteristics to be adapted to actual application conditions.
The operational path includes:
- technical analysis of requests
- study of the operating conditions of the component
- choosing the most suitable elastomeric compound
- verification of the required tolerances and performances
This structured method allows us to obtain solutions consistent with industry needs, avoiding approximations and ensuring long-term reliability.
Production of polyurethane and elastomer components
The production of polyurethane components for industrial applications is a core part of the company's business. Polyurethane is prized for its combination of elasticity and strength, characteristics that make it suitable for a variety of applications in mechanical and plant engineering.
Along with polyurethane, TEGEA uses various types of elastomers selected based on technical parameters such as hardness, chemical resistance, and load behavior. The resulting components are used in handling systems, machine tools, and industrial plants that require high-performance and durable materials.
Our experience in processing elastomeric materials for the Cuneo industry allows us to offer solutions that reduce machinery wear and improve production efficiency.
